Kentucky needs meaningful and measured civil litigation reform that ensures a level and predictable playing field for our businesses and healthcare providers. When other states have acted, working families have benefited from lower costs. It’s time for Kentucky to do the same.
Reforming our civil justice system is the next step in truly moving Kentucky forward and ensuring we’re competitive with other states. And it can be done without infringing upon anyone’s constitutionally protected rights.
